Driver/Stockroom Clerk

Viper Northwest has a tenured staff of highly skilled manufacturing and technical professionals who manufacture capital equipment and OEM components for a variety of high-tech industries. We also provide engineering design assistance and verification, as well as drafting services and we are looking for skilled individuals to join our team!

Position Purpose: Ensures all parts are packaged accurately to meet customer specs and deliver parts on time. Ensures all parts are received accurately to meet customer specs and deliver parts on time.

While not inclusive, this position will provide support to the Material Handling Department.

Essential Duties:

  • Load and unload delivery van (Occasional lifting to 50 pounds).
  • Deliver customer product to sites within the metro area daily.
  • Pick up and return materials to the Shields location.
  • Package product per customer specifications.
  • Classify and label warehouse inventory for future use.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory levels and location for easy retrieval.
  • Complete physical inventory counts as required by company policy.
  • Perform general stockroom duties including maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Receive daily UPS/Fed Ex and Raw Materials in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Verify all packages and raw material to pack list and PO in Syteline.
  • Additional duties in other areas as assigned by the supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Oregon Driver's License
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification (in-house certification provided).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Must be a quick learner and able to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
