Description
Key Responsibilities Sales & Territory Development * Prospect and identify new referral sources within hospitals, urgent cares, orthopedic groups, and physician offices. * Build and manage a target account list. * Conduct introductory sales calls and support advancement through the sales cycle. * Develop and maintain new referral relationships. * Support territory revenue growth initiatives. Clinical & Customer Support * Deliver orthopedic bracing and DME products to hospitals, clinics, and patient homes. * Educate patients and medical staff on proper equipment use. * Build strong relationships with nursing staff, surgical teams, and materials management. * Troubleshoot product or delivery concerns. Operations & Documentation * Maintain accurate billing and compliance documentation. * Obtain required patient and provider signatures. * Assist with inventory management and product tracking. Qualifications * 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or sales experience. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments. * Self-motivated with a desire to grow into medical sales. * Valid driver's license with clean driving record. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. * Medical device, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
