Job Title: Order Entry/Implementation Coordinator - I Job Location: Irving, TX Targeted Years of Experience: 0-3 years Key Responsibilities: Order Lifecycle & Flow Management Monitor and Track: Oversee the complete flow of all Installs, MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete), and Disconnects specifically for the US Government Client account. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks or errors in the order process. Collaborate directly with cross-functional * teams to resolve issues and ensure orders progress through the system without delay. Migration Support: Maintain all tracking and management duties throughout the US Government Client migration project, ensuring a seamless transition of services. Qualifications & Skills: Telecom Proficiency: Strong understanding of telecommunications order types, specifically Installs, MACDs, and Disconnects. Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage high-volume order queues with meticulous attention to detail.
