Epic MyChart / Interactive Solutions Analyst Length: 6-month contract-to-hire Location: Hybrid (remote with travel onsite once a quarter) An Academic Health System in the Northeast is seeking an Epic MyChart / Interactive Solutions Analyst to support and enhance its primary patient engagement platform. This role focuses on MyChart functionality, interoperability, and patientfacing workflows, with an emphasis on improving the patient experience across digital touchpoints. This is an opportunity to work within a large, mature Epic environment alongside clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to design scalable, patientcentered solutions. What You'll Do * Support, enhance, and optimize Epic MyChart, the organization's primary patientfacing application * Focus on Welcome workflows and Care Everywhere interoperability * Collaborate with business, clinical, and technical stakeholders to design and improve userfriendly workflows * Participate in Epic build, testing, and ongoing enhancements * Support integrations and workflows involving thirdparty applications * Ensure patientfacing solutions align with broader Epic system architecture * Contribute to scalable, intuitive designs that improve the patient experience Required Qualifications * Handson experience with Epic MyChart (depth of experience preferred) * Epic MyChart certification required * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability concepts * Experience collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholder groups * Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions * Experience designing and implementing scalable Epic solutions Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Care Everywhere or other Epic interoperability initiatives * Ambulatory Epic module experience Why This Role? * Work directly on Epic's patient engagement platform * Highvisibility, patientimpact work * Collaborative academic medical environment * Opportunity to specialize further in MyChart and interoperability Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Haven, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
