About the role

The RPO Recruiting Specialist will execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer and their orders while complying with company policy, employment law and code of business conduct with little supervision.

What you'll be doing
  • Top-down strategy implementation with Client and Adecco stakeholders.
  • Actively drive partnership processes, partnerships, and hiring events.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and vendors on the recruiting process and pending needs.
  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner
  • Leverage resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources.
  • Facilitate client-specific onboarding process.
  • Mentor associate recruiters
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities that may include post-start roundtables and exit surveys
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
  • Occasional travel may be required per Client needs
About you
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in staffing, recruiting or HR
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and customer service skills required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner.
  • Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $44,857 to $82,237. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
