As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Associate in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor the movement of people, vehicles, and/or deliveries entering and leaving the location, following post instructions and reporting discrepancies or suspicious activity.
• Support day-to-day operations by observing site conditions, reporting maintenance or security-related issues, and assisting with traffic flow and/or access control during peak shipping and receiving periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
