About the role: The NA IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager is the point of contact for site and business leaders located in the NA region for IT Infrastructure issues or change requests related to the IT infrastructure. This person is responsible for the computing, network, voice, printing, and mobile infrastructure environment for Trinseo. The individual will support the Service Level Agreements for IT systems, and supports level 2 technical issues associated with Desktop, Printing and mobile issues. Working with our compliance team to ensure ITIL asset management and managing the IT Field Engineers for the region. This role will also take a leading role in global cloud hosting. Responsibilities Role Overview:
Qualifications Minimum Education Required: * BS in Engineering, IT or Computer Science or relevant experience * Ten or more years of IT experience, preferably within management, End User Support and Hosting services * Previous experience as a people manager Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Willing to learn new skills, open to change, adaptable, and customer focused. * Good knowledge about Cloud hosting, IP Networks, Windows Operating system, Printer solutions, Operational support solutions, ServiceNow, ITSM Equity and Inclusion | |||||||||||||||||||
