This role delivers premium, high-touch customer service across multiple channels while assisting with customer care, vehicle technology, connected services, and EV-related support. Advisors serve as trusted brand ambassadors in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. *Schedule Requirements* * *Mon-Fri:* 8:00 AM-9:00 PM EST * *Sat:* 9:00 AM-9:00 PM EST * Must be flexible to work *any assigned 8hour shift* within these hours * *No 6-day workweeks.
