Sr. Manager, Corrective Action Program & Continuous Improvement - Drive Enterprise Quality & Operational Excellence Join Day & Zimmermann as the Sr. Manager, Corrective Action Program & Continuous Improvement and lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance quality, performance, and operational excellence across complex EPC and construction projects. In this role, you will build and sustain a strong quality culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards while implementing scalable corrective action programs. You'll leverage expertise in NQA-1, ISO 9001, and related frameworks to deliver measurable improvements across highly regulated environments, including nuclear, energy, and large-scale infrastructure. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $136,480 - $204,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
