The Workplace Facilitator (Trainer) plays a critical role in shaping the employee learning experience by delivering engaging instructorled training and contributing to the development and deployment of impactful curriculum. This role serves as a visible ambassador of MidFirst Core Values and helps ensure learning solutions are consistent, relevant, and effective across onboarding, professional skills, and managerlevel development.


Facilitation & Learner Experience
Facilitates instructorled classroom and virtual training for a wide range of audiences, including new employees, experienced individual contributors, and people leaders. Delivers dynamic, interactive learning experiences that promote engagement, retention, and realworld application while creating an inclusive, learnerfocused environment. Adapts facilitation techniques to meet the needs of diverse audiences, roles, and learning modalities.
Curriculum Development & Deployment
Contributes to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of instructorled training curriculum, including facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids. Partners with Midland Training team members and key stakeholders to align content with business priorities, learning objectives, and MidFirst standards. Supports successful deployment by ensuring materials are accurate, current, and ready for effective delivery, and provides feedback from facilitation experience to continuously improve course quality and learner impact.

Position Requirements



  • 3 years' experience facilitating training classes - new hire, on-the-job, manager, interpersonal skills, etc.
  • Bachelors degree in Adult Education or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organization to ensure transfer of training
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in financial services preferred but not required

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors of Business Administration (preferred)
Bachelors of Adult Education (preferred)
Experience
3 years: 3 years' experience facilitating training classes - new hire, on-the-job, manager, interpersonal skills, etc. (required)
1 years: Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems (required)
1 years: Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organization to ensure transfer of training (required)
1 years: Experience in financial services preferred but not required. (preferred)
