The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical enabler of that mission. This role owns full life-cycle recruiting for technical and technology-adjacent roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build teams that turn ambitious AI strategy into real-world solutions-inside a highly regulated environment where quality and judgment matter. You'll bring sharp technical recruiting instincts, fluency in modern recruiting and AI-enabled tools, and strong market insight to hire the talent that will shape what Claritev builds next. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB SCOPE This role operates with a high level of autonomy and accountability. You're expected to think creatively, act decisively, and adjust quickly in a fast-moving environment. Success requires strong judgment, comfort navigating ambiguity, and true partnership across the business. COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $100k-$110k. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity.
