JOB SUMMARY The Healthcare Analytics Advisor is responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and transforming analytical findings into clear, meaningful insights for internal business partners. This role is primarily not client-facing, but it requires the ability to break down complex information in a way that is easy for non-technical audiences to understand. This position requires strong Excel skills, advanced SQL and Python capabilities, and the ability to turn data into a clear story with actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is a self-learner who can work through ambiguity, ask the right questions, solve problems creatively, and independently build high-quality analytical outputs with minimal structure. This role is best suited for a hands-on analyst who enjoys digging into data, identifying opportunities, and presenting thoughtful recommendations. It is not intended for candidates focused primarily on IT, ETL development, back-end data loading, or production engineering. DUTIES
COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity. | |
