JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

As a member of the IT Procurement Team, deliver world-class support to Centerstone's clinicians and staff and enable exceptional client care. Serve as procurement and invoicing subject matter expert "SME" to all IT functional teams and other customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Log and track orders using ServiceDesk and maintain history and documentation.

  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to effectively order from vendors.

  • Interaction with vendors daily.

  • Review deliverables and report any issues or discrepancies.

  • Gather, organize and reconcile invoices prior to submitting to Accounts Payable in the requested time frame.

  • Develop or revise process materials.

  • Participate in requirements reviews to define and document customer needs for special projects as well as implementation and support of these special projects.

  • Serve as back-up for Cellular Specialists as needed due to work volume or scheduling.

  • Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Centerstone to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Centerstone.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Works well in a team and collaborative environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills as well as strong analytical, research and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to quickly grasp information and independently produce results.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Products.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Years of Experience

Minimum of two (2) years procurement, technology or related experience required.

Certification/Licensure

N/A
