As Partnership Director, you will lead the strategy and execution of key partnerships across the organization, ensuring they deliver meaningful business impact. You will develop go-to-market plans for partnerships initiatives and coordinate cross-functionally to scope, execute, and activate initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, you will drive seamless execution and performance of partnership efforts. In addition, you will build and refine the partnership playbook and operating model to scale and govern partnerships effectively across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in partnerships, OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in partnerships. Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Area of Experience: Commercial partnerships, commercial banking, LFI experience The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $177,000-$236,000 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. | |
