Position Summary

The Division of Programs in Business at the NYU School of Professional Studies (SPS) is seeking a Program Administrator who will manage day-to-day administrative functions of the Integrated Marketing and Communications continuing education program(s) and special projects, and relationship development with corporate/executive/trade partners and potential partners. Meet departmental needs including assisting with the development of continuing education (CE) program office policies and procedures and special projects. Oversee CE adjunct faculty appointment and payment. Resolve faculty issues or concerns related to continuing education program(s). Specifically, address questions around NYUSPS policies and procedures, course scheduling, course preparation, etc. Analyze faculty and course data, produce detailed faculty and course reports, and provide recommendations for course and faculty needs across the continuing education program(s). Collect, analyze, and make recommendations based on student feedback data in order to determine student satisfaction. Advise students on issues such as curriculum requirements, course selection, registration, and career exploration. Plan and implement special student programs including prospective student outreach events and new student orientations, and special projects. Attend School and University sponsored marketing events, information sessions and/or seminars to promote programs to prospective students.



Qualifications

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education:
Master's Degree

Required Experience:
3+ years relevant experience or an equivalent combination. Must include experience planning and implementing administrative activities.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Must be able to work well in a changing environment and practice creative problem solving. Ability to market programs, solve problems and interact with individuals at all levels.



Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $77,999.99. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
