Senior Schedule Manager

Description:

• Develops and maintains cost- and resource-loaded CPM schedules aligned with owner requirements and company standards.
• Leads the scheduling effort on large/mega projects, including managing junior scheduling staff as needed.
• Applies resource leveling and crew logic to construction planning, revisiting and adjusting as the project progresses.
• Creates baseline and monthly schedule narratives to support and explain the CPM schedule.
• Leads time impact and delay analyses for claims and schedule-related disputes.
• Monitors schedule progress and communicate changes affecting project completion to the project management team.
• Coordinates with engineering to gather data for schedule updates and activity progression.
• Conducts daily site visits to verify work status, maintain progress photos, and reviews quantity books for percentage complete.
• Updates CPM logic based on direction from project management regarding sequencing or crew changes.
• Develops and maintains 5-week look-ahead schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager and Superintendents.
• Ensures alignment between short-term plans and CPM schedule and communicates impacts of discrepancies.
• Generates schedule reports, trending charts, and performance analyses; supports planning meetings with critical path and look-ahead reports.
• Provides accurate projections for revenue, cost, labor, materials, and equipment; ensures schedule credibility and document lessons learned post-project.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree
