Practice Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Practice Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of a primary care or specialty practice site(s). This is a hands-on leader position to support efficiency, quality patient care, and operational excellence, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This tactical role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage a small team and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical practice operations, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role, with experience in a similar EHR system (Epic).
