We are seeking an intern for our Human Resourcesteam. This will be a hybrid opportunity out of the Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The HR Engagement & Communications Intern will play a hands-on role in supporting programs that strengthen employee engagement and ensure clear, effective communication across the organization. This role combines employee programs, internal communications, and employer branding with opportunities to support process improvements and explore new tools that enhance how HRoperates.
From planning engagement initiatives and recognition programs tomaintainingintranet content and supporting recruitment marketing efforts, this internship offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that helps employees and candidates feel informed, connected, and engaged.
We'relooking for someone who is organized, creative, a strong writer, and curious about how new tools and technologies, including AI, can improve communication and efficiency within HR.

This position offers an hourly range of $22.00 to $24.00.This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
