Fuller's Building Adhesives & Solutions (BAS) Global Business Unit is a strategic, enterprise-minded leader who partners closely with the BAS Senior Vice President and leadership team to enable business performance through people and culture. This role shapes and delivers talent strategies that support growth, innovation, and operational excellence across a global footprint. As a key member of the BAS leadership team, the VP, HR plays a critical role in strengthening leadership capability, advancing a high-performing culture, and ensuring the organization is equipped to meet current and future business needs. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, this leader collaborates across HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional HR teams to deliver aligned, data-informed solutions that reflect H.B. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $220,000 - $270,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
