SUPERINTENDENT EQUIPMENT ACQUISITION - FLEET SERVICES About The Position The Superintendent Equipment Acquisition - Fleet Services role facilitates the design and purchase or Ameren Illinois equipment. This position includes drive for results with respect to oversight of safety programs, regulatory compliance and fleet services capital budget responsibilities. Key responsibilities include:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Ten or more years of relevant (e.g., Fleet Maintenance) experience required. Four or more years of supervisory experience, in a related Fleet Maintenance field. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, communications, and human relations' skills required. As a condition of acceptance on this job, this position works a standard day shift in an office, as well as, field environment. Extended works hours are required, especially with assisting with storm restoration efforts. Travel throughout the Ameren Illinois service territories is required. Additional InformationAmeren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or a leadership assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. Compensation Range: $111,100.00 - $172,200.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
