Job Overview The Sr. Director, Supply Chain Network Performance and Efficiency is a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of our supply chain network strategy. The Sr. Director, Network Performance and Efficiency will lead a team at the center of our operations, leveraging advanced analytics, engineering, process design, and modeling to optimize supply chain outcomes. The Sr. Director will collaborate closely with operations, transportation and logistics, customer delivery, planning and cross-functional internal and external partners. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Supply Chain. What You Will Do
Skills You Will Need Leadership: Proven ability to develop high-performing teams, foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and community, and drive results through effective leadership. Decision-Making: Ability to make effective decisions and manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and resources to meet operational and financial performance requirements. Communication and Collaboration: Open and continuous communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility, and effectively present information in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at all levels. Process Improvement: High-level understanding of Six Sigma or Lean process improvement methodologies, applying these principles to drive efficiency and effectiveness within operations. Inventory Management: Proficiency in inventory control methods, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization techniques, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely product flow. Production Planning: Strong knowledge of production planning principles, capacity management, and scheduling techniques, facilitating effective resource allocation and production scheduling. Team Development: Skill in managing and developing direct reports, fostering individual growth and performance excellence, and building effective teams. Financial Acumen: Strong financial skills and understanding of supply chain metrics to drive business results and make informed decisions. Customer Focus: Create a customer-focused environment where excellent service is provided to all customers, ensuring business decisions align with customer needs and expectations. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant business software to effectively analyze data and communicate information.
