Overview
The Culture & Experience Coordinator position will report directly to the Organizational Development & Culture Supervisor and will support various people, culture, and engagement initiatives. The role will work on key priorities in collaboration with the Organizational Development & Culture Supervisor, the Marketing team, and other key stakeholders. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operations and responsibilities of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) program.
- Serve as a culture champion that supports the development and implementation of culture and DEI initiatives and programs.
- Develop and maintain organizational communications such as social media postings, corporate communications,and reports to ensure potential hires, employees and leaders are well informed of company activities, value proposition, ways of working.
- Work with organizational stakeholders to facilitate exceptional employee experiences including onboarding, benefits, and other organizational initiatives.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of our cultural events and activities, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.

- In collaboration with the Organizational Development & Culture Supervisor, assist in the preparation and administration of the company's employee engagement survey.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources managing Culture programs and/or initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR systems with clear understanding of technology and how to leverage it in HR processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to make quick decisions and be able to exercise good judgement in an ambiguous environment, while maintaining confidentially.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing various workstreams, managing expectations, and maintaining attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate the ability to build relationships quickly using a collaborative approach when working with others.
- Proven self-starter who can work with different levels and build trust through influence and professional presence.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree with specializations in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Communications preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
