Key Responsibilities * Provide timely technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. * Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using an IT Service Management (ITSM) or ticketing platform. * Troubleshoot and support Windows desktops and laptops, including imaging, configuration, and maintenance. * Manage user accounts and access, including password resets, onboarding/offboarding, and permissions. * Support productivity and collaboration tools such as email, file sharing, and office applications. * Troubleshoot VPN connectivity, multifactor authentication (MFA), and virtual desktop environments. * Support mobile devices and endpoints using mobile device management (MDM) tools. * Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams following established procedures. * Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to support future troubleshooting efforts. * Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure reliable system operations. * Participate in technology initiatives and improvement projects as needed. * Follow security, compliance, and operational policies while providing support. * Deliver professional, customerfocused service in a fastpaced, collaborative environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
