POSITION SUMMARY: Working as a member of the Corporate Foundation Relations team and reporting to the Corporate Sponsorship & Partnerships Officer, the Corporate Sponsorship Associate supports the execution of corporate sponsorship strategies across hospital and Development events in support of Boston Medical Center Health System's (BMCHS) mission. The Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day sponsorship engagement, supporting sponsor cultivation and stewardship, and contributing to revenue generation through event-based corporate support. This role manages a defined portfolio of corporate sponsors and prospects focused on sponsorship and in-kind support and assists in building a pipeline of corporate partners aligned with institutional priorities. The Corporate Sponsorships Associate works closely with the Events team, Corporate Partnerships colleagues, and other Development staff to ensure high-quality sponsor fulfillment, accurate documentation, and thoughtful, consistent engagement of corporate partners. Compensation Range: $30.05- $43.75This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
