Pay Range: $70,000 - $99,500 Broad Function and Objective Oversee the life cycle of a product, from its initial engineering spec all the way through to its marketing debut to the public. Create raw material numbers and support Engineers in the development of specifications. Analyze various product documentations for errors or omissions. Provide support for Canada and Mexico specifications. Support PDM improvements, modifications, and maintenance within New Product Development. Supervise Solidworks Contractors to modify and update specification drawings. Responsible for all shared Master Specifications, Process Descriptions and Variance file maintenance. Manage anticipated data input workload fluctuations, and manage personnel accordingly. Recommend New Product Launch product set up improvements and performance measurement criteria and target levels. Manage law tag set up and accuracy. Principal Accountabilities Describe the principal continuing responsibilities of the job. Minimum Qualifications Required For This Position Education Minimum of a High School degree. College experience a plus Experience 10 years of Bedding experience, understanding all aspects of specifications and Drawings.
