This is an exciting opportunity to support a leading global technology company through Aquent Talent. As a Marketing Specialist II, you will help drive customer engagement and product sales through high-impact digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on email, CRM, testing, and performance optimization.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and hands-on marketing professional to join a fast-moving team supporting product launch initiatives. In this role, you will help build and execute email campaigns, support automated marketing programs, analyze campaign performance, and partner with creative teams to deliver compelling customer-facing assets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the executional and analytical sides of digital marketing and wants to see their work directly influence customer engagement and product sales.

Responsibilities



  • Grow the email channel to support product unit attainment goals.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs.
  • Build email campaigns and execute traffic-driving efforts to support product sales.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize for sales and unit sell-through.
  • Report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management.
  • Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email/CRM roadmap.
  • Support creative asset production in partnership with a dedicated design team.
  • Edit XML and HTML and publish content to sites via Content Management Systems.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, mobile, and/or display.
  • Experience writing customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to online customers.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML.
  • 1+ year of experience using SQL or similar queries to analyze data.
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate data for both high-level and granular analysis.
  • Familiarity with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and related Excel functionality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience coordinating across teams and communicating with senior management.
  • BA/BS degree required.

  • Experience managing large-scale email marketing programs.
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
  • High standards and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects against strict deadlines.
  • Confident, self-motivated approach with a strong bias for action.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
