Job Description Summary
Dematic is looking for a strategic and visionary leader to spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a Business-to-Business (B2B) eCommerce platform to drive transformative growth and operational efficiency in the Lifecycle Solutions & Services (LSS)- Spare Parts and Repairs P&L. The B2B eCommerce and AI Enablement Leader is the liaison between Dematic's customers, the LSS parts organization, and IT business and development partners to drive market adaptation of our ecommerce and digital platforms, with a primary focus on revenue generation and an improved customer experience. The successful candidate has functional experience in the business aspect of B2B digital marketing, eCommerce and Artificial Intelligence with a proficient technical background and strong focus on customer experience.
