Description
Cornerstone Capital Bank is searching for a Salesforce Developer II! The Salesforce Developer II independently delivers end-to-end Salesforce enhancements and integrations, translating business requirements into scalable solutions. This role emphasizes strong technical execution, quality engineering practices, and proactive collaboration across product, admin, integration, and marketing operations teams-leveraging Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud capabilities to enable personalization, segmentation, and activation across channels. What You'll Be Doing 1. Core Salesforce Engineering * Design and implement medium-to-large enhancements using a balanced approach of declarative + programmatic capabilities. 2. Integrations (Including Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Environment)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities * Strong communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical designs. Required Experience * This position requires 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development experience (or equivalent) delivering production solutions.
