THE ROLE: AMD is seeking a motivated, collaborative Senior Program Manager - Analog/Mixed Signal Designto support complex hardware programs in a highly technical, engineeringdriven environment. In this role, you will work closely with IP design managers, technical leads, and crossfunctional engineering teams to support the delivery of critical analog and mixedsignal IP. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering and execution, helping teams stay aligned as they navigate technical complexity and competing priorities. This role offers high visibility, meaningful technical exposure, and the opportunity to make an impact while leading through partnership rather than direct authority THE PERSON: The ideal candidate is a confident, collaborative program leader who communicates clearly, builds trust with engineers, and drives alignment across highly technical teams while managing complex, fastpaced initiatives and competing priorities. This individual brings strong judgment, listens deeply, and earns credibility through thoughtful engagement with design and engineering partners.
