Description The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the full recruitment lifecycle by ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detailoriented, and passionate about helping people find the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiringrelated meetings across multiple time zones * Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and a strong candidate experience * Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and uptodate information * Assist recruiters with sourcing, screening, and pipeline management * Prepare offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation * Support employerbranding initiatives, job postings, and recruitment marketing * Track recruitment metrics and assist with reporting * Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes Additional Skills & Qualifications * 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR systems * High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Simsbury, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
