Johns Hopkins Bayview Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Imaging helps to diagnose and care for patients with the ollowing common conditions:

  • Heart Failure
  • Heart Valve Disease
  • Aneurysm

We are currently searching for a PRN Senior Cardiac Songrapher to join out elite team. As a cardiac sonographer you will:

  • perform an extensive range of cardiac ultrasound studies (Transthorastic, Exercise, Pharmacologic Stress Echocardiograms, etc.)
  • provide education and clinical instruction to cardiac sonography student and cadiology fellows
  • access and correlate patient's medical history and provide proper documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Program (CAAHEPP) - accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound program
  • BS in Diagnostic Ultrasound preferred
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCS) by Cardiac Credentialing International (CCI)
  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) perferred but not required
  • Two (2) years of cardiac experience in a hospital setting

Shift:

PRN (as needed)

Day Shift

7:30am-4:00pm and 8:30am - 5:00pm

Monday-Friday

Some Saturday coverage
