Auriais seeking a Program Manager who is first and foremost a Space Electronic Warfare (SEW) Subject Matter Expert to join our outstanding team in either Colorado Springs, CO, Warrenton VA, or Reston, VA. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO: * The Program Manager and SEW expert will lead overall program execution, communication, and delivery across all task orders and program phases for a Space Electronic Warfare program. * Oversee/Lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of complex space electronic warfare command and control software. * Forecast future customer needs, derive requirements, develop and coordinate task order execution plans aligned with customer priorities and funding profiles. * Own and manage the Schedule and ensure alignment across technical teams, subcontractors, and customer milestones. * Develop, maintain, and control the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)and associated program baselines, ensuring traceability between scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables. * Manage end-to-end program executionfrom PWS baseline through task order delivery, ensuring performance against cost, schedule, technical, and quality objectives. * Lead the planning and execution of Agile development, including disciplined sprint planning, backlog prioritization, increment planning, and integration with IMS-driven milestones. * Coordinate program controls activities, including cost forecasting, schedule performance tracking, earned value (as applicable), risk and opportunity management, and change control. Ensure compliance with programmatic and contractual requirements including milestone reviews and tracking, systems engineering processes, cybersecurity (e.g., RMF), and configuration/change management, and data deliverables. * Direct and integrate work across multiple technical domains and agile teams (e.g., development, modeling, systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, ops, etc.). Identify, assess, and manage technical, schedule, and programmatic risks, providing data-driven recommendations and early warning indicators to leadership and the customer. * Foster strong collaboration between customer stakeholders, facilitating regular demonstrations, planning sessions, and reviews. Support system design and delivery decisions with deep understanding of space domain operations, ground enterprise architecture, and MWT mission needs. * Oversee staffing, resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking across functional workstreams. Regularly provide clear, concise progress reporting, including status briefings, milestone documentation, and deliverable submissions. * Champion disciplined program management practices, a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the program team. Current/active in-scope DoD issued TOP SECRET security clearanceas a minimum (TS/SCI preferred) Proven experience space electronic warfare operational activities and familiarity with space EW systems and techniques Ability to lead a team of developers in creating a space EW capability set for global use through demonstrated understanding of the USSF EW mission set and associated operations Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement and management skills. Skills/Responsibilities related to pre-RFP capture, proposal planning, and technical execution strategy development U.S. Citizen WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS: Experience supporting DoD, US Space Force, or similar civilian space-focused agencies. Experience managing contracts with milestone-based deliverables or incentive-based payment structures 4+ years of experience managing complex $20M+, multi-year DoD/federal programs, including software development, solution delivery, and/or system integration projects, with at least 5 years focused on Space programs. Experience overseeing software development and integration activities. Knowledge of system frameworks (infrastructure, platform, DevSecOps), system architecture, including data ingest pipelines, cloud-based operations, and model integration frameworks. Expertise managing programs using Agile methodologies with responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance. Demonstrated experience leading multi-subcontractor efforts with responsibility for technical integration and performance tracking. Experience developing, reviewing and coordinating Master Integrated Master Schedules. PMP, PgMP, CISSP, or other relevant certification desired PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $140,000 - $175,000.
