Job DescriptionWe are doing meaningful work in the defense space, and we need a sharp Contract Administrator to help us do it right. This is not a paper-pushing role. This is a seat at the table where contracts meet mission, and the person who fills it will have real ownership over our DOD portfolio. If you know the defense contracting world, understand what is at stake when compliance slips, and take pride in running a clean, efficient operation, this role was built for you. What You Will Own You will manage contracts from cradle to grave across FFP and IDIQ/Task Order vehicles, with a focus on keeping Ridgeline compliant, competitive, and protected. You will partner closely with Program Managers and Project Managers, collaborate with finance and legal, and serve as the internal expert on FAR and DFARS compliance.
