What You'll Do:
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows/flows, APIs, and other capabilities as needed/assigned.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests as part of the development cycle.
  • Maintain Knowledge Articles as associated with functionality and as assigned.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
  • 3+ years of experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
  • Demonstrated experience with presenting process improvements to leadership
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Incident Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management
  • Advanced familiarity with ServiceNow core product functionality, with demonstrated experience in navigating vendor documentation and the ServiceNow HI Portal
  • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow applications design, and the ability to plan and build from concept and basic requirements in a minimum viable product fashion.
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow back-end functionality and operations, including working across multiple application scopes and system table structure
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strong expertise in Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflow Editor
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote-work environment.
