- Analyze forecast and demand data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and implement short- and long-term supply chain action plans
- Collaborate with supply chain and order fulfillment teams to ensure alignment
- Track execution of action plans and drive accountability across stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support product ramps
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, operations, or related field (Bachelor's) or 6+ years (Master's)
- 8+ years of project/program management experience, with strong execution and delivery focus
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain process development
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience with data modeling and visualization tools to drive decision-making
- Lean Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience
- Proficiency with Kinaxis, Power BI, and SAP
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional problem-solving
