Position Overview
| Primary Purpose of Position |
The training coordinator serves as the administrative support working independently to performance of a full range of operational and administrative responsibilities within established policies and procedures.
The role independently coordinates daytoday logistics for onsite and offsite course delivery, including materials preparation, facilities coordination, participant management, scheduling,
LMS administration, and routine reporting.
The position applies working knowledge of programs, services, and procedures to resolve nonstandard issues by consulting applicable policies, manuals, and resources, and prepares written communications related to program and operational processes with guidance.
While the role may encounter deviations from standard procedures and provide support to office or workunit activities, the scope of responsibility does not include ongoing policy interpretation authority, formal supervision, or responsibility for program or process redesign.
Create special effects or animations using computers, or other electronic tools and media for use in communication and outreach campaigns and products. These duties align with Journeylevel competency expectations for independent, fully functional performance. |

CLOE is responsible for developing the university's leadership talent and providing learning workshops to enhance staff and faculty's professional capabilities.
CLOE also provides consulting support to colleges and functions within the following areas: organizational design, team effectiveness, strategic planning, and culture enhancement. |
