IT Project Manager Apply Online Tyler Technologies is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Portfolio and Program Management Team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of cross-functional IT initiatives that support financial systems, enterprise applications, and business process modernization. This role is responsible for endtoend project execution-planning, coordination, risk management, and delivery-working closely Finance, Accounting, IT, Security, Audit, and additional business partners, as well as external vendors. Location Yarmouth, Maine \| Plano, Texas Travel 0-5% Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, including SaaS implementations, system integrations, and business process modernization Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, status meetings, and decision forums Coordinate governance, audit, and compliance documentation. Track actions, decisions, and risks for transparency. Support change management via communication, training, and user readiness. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT project management delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives Experience managing projects across the full delivery lifecycle Experience with ERP platforms, SaaS applications, and system integrations Familiarity with audit- or control-driven environments Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments Effective team player with strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience Project management certification preferred Great Place to Work & Grow Your Career Come join us as we transform the public sector!
