The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $166,442 - $186,450at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Oversee administrative and operational activities for the commissioning engineering team. Ensure compliance with company standards and expectations. Conduct performance evaluations, deliver feedback, and develop employee growth plans. Serve as functional leader for commissioning work in ASRS and DMS systems. Coordinate with other managers to align resource allocation across projects. Act as the primary escalation point for critical on-site issues. Manage demand versus capacity for commissioning activities and resolve scheduling conflicts. Verify installation, functional testing, and troubleshooting for automation systems commissioning in intralogistics projects. Implement technical solutions, monitor and report faults, and manage escalations. Provide regular status updates, communicate challenges to project teams, and document according to standards. Take ownership of assigned control areas as commissioning engineer. Lead small on-site teams and serve as the technological point of contact for project execution.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or closely related field and 8 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Engineering Manager or related occupation. Also requires 3 years of experience with Mechatronic System testing and Integration; Project Coordination, Budgeting and Forecasting; Installation Drawings interpretation (layouts); Vendors coordination; PLC Allen Bradley and Siemens; Industrial Networks (Ethernet, ASI, Profibus); Designing and estimating building solutions; SL2 Sorter; Visualization; ISS merge; Maestro; and Multishuttle.
