Overview Director, Mergers and Acquisitions
Location: Remote | United States About This RoleThe Director, Mergers and Acquisitions is responsible for identifying and analyzing potential acquisition candidates, overseeing financial modeling, coordinating the negotiation and execution of selected transactions, driving acquisitions to completion, and partnering with senior leadership across the company to ensure integration efforts are successful. Monitor industry activities and develop recommendations of potential M&A opportunities to senior leadership; maintain a target company pipeline that includes two or more active options at all times.
The salary range for this role is $204,000 - $226,000. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills and experience.
