Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Will train on the first shift or a few weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines according to job specifications and engineering prints
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor machine adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain production records and complete required quality documentation
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC lathes and/or milling machines preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality inspection processes
• Basic understanding of machining principles and materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Manual dexterity for machine operation and inspection tasks
