The Benefits Associate serves as employees' primary contact for benefit questions across all levels of the organization and crucial resource for field HR questions regarding benefits. Additionally, the Benefits Associate provides support to the Benefits Lead, as well as members of the Total Rewards team, to execute on total reward initiatives, including day-to-day administration. This position is responsible for delivering high quality service that adds value to employees' total rewards offerings.
