Job Summary
The position leads, creates and executes the OpEx strategy & road map for the current budget year and future years. Supports the PU-Grand Island leadership team to identify, prioritize and deliver OpEx improvements within timescales and budget. Responsible for developing and managing the delivery of Operations Excellence activities in accordance with the requirements identified in the annual Fresenius Kabi USA Plant Goals and Objectives. protocols.
Salary Range:$119,149-$166,645 Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
