Call Center Representative Location:Clifton, NJ (07014) Job ID: #72434 Pay Range: $19-21 Description: Manage large amounts of incoming calls Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Job Specific Requirements Must be familiar with Microsoft 365 Experience with SalesForce CRM a plus. * Typical workday: o Onsite o Shift M - F 8a - 5p o Not required - OT or Weekends o Travel is Not required Top skills: Customer service, professionalism, high volume environment. o Incoming customer service calls, light scheduling of service requests o Sometime work is Fast-paced, steady, or unpredictable REQUIRED - High schoolDiploma or GED Benefits provided:401K,medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
