As a Security Officer Patrol Response in DAKOTA CITY, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.72 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unauthorized access, hazards, and/or conditions that could impact daily operations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery activity in accordance with location procedures.
• Support access control and traffic flow at the location while helping to deter disruptions, policy violations, and/or trespassing through visible presence and routine observation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
