The Role: The Director is responsible for providing leadership and direction for Rehabilitation Services and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation across Swedish. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, development and oversight of policies and procedures, budgeting and financial management, problem resolution, and performance improvement. This role partners closely with the Executive Director to ensure services meet organizational, regulatory, and community needs while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
