As a member of the Optum Data Management team, the Senior Data Analyst supports the Arkansas Medicaid Decision Support System (DSS) data warehouse by developing and maintaining data workflows within established ETL processes, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and optimizing processes to improve performance. This person will manage a team of data engineers, on monitoring inbound/outbound data automation, working directly with state partners to create new interfaces based on business specifications. The preferred candidate will be a creative thinker and problem solver who is comfortable working independently or in teams. They will be a quick learner who is confident they can master a complex data model with little guidance. The candidate will be detail-oriented, place value on organized documentation, and be able to manage multiple assignments at once. Previous Azure, Snowflake, Informatica, Azure Data Factory or cloud migration experience is a plus. This is a Hybrid position that will require at least 3 days of reporting every week to our Little Rock AR office location You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
