Dedicated to improving the health of our community, Behavioral Health at Presbyterian Healthcare Services offers treatment for lasting recovery from substance abuse, behavioral health conditions and psychiatric emergencies. Our full-service program supports adults, children and adolescents, and includes inpatient services, a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic, intensive outpatient treatment, emergency and consultative services and behavioral medicine services embedded in primary care. This position provides clinical services (behavioral health, substance abuse, health behavior change) aligned with the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model. Applicants should have an interest in and/or experience with brief interventions, team-based care, a wide variety of psychiatric, substance abuse and behavioral medicine problems, and diverse populations. Responsibilities *The Behavioral Health Clinician, as part of an integrated care team, identifies, triages, and manages patients with behavioral health problems within a variety of settings. In addition, this individual will provide skill training through patient education strategies and will develop specific behavioral health change plans for individual patients and behavioral health protocols for target populations.
