We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join Temperature+System Products, USA in Greenwood, IN to work with a dynamic team and deliver world-class temperature products. Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products is one of the leading global suppliers of temperature measurement, temperature engineered solutions and system products.

What is the role about?

As a Production Coordinator, you'll help drive daily production flow, support quality and safety, and play a key role in achieving our manufacturing schedule. In this handson role, you'll coordinate work orders, train team members, resolve shopfloor issues, and participate in Lean activities such as root cause analysis and continuous improvement. If you're a strong communicator with problemsolving skills and a passion for efficient, highquality manufacturing, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your leadership experience while making a meaningful impact.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

Production Coordinator Responsibilities (40%)

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures
  • Own safety, quality, and delivery performance within the assigned production area
  • Coordinate and manage the production schedule for area of responsibility
  • Support resolution of work-related issues impacting quality, delivery, safety, and inventory
  • Manage Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) in accordance with established processes
  • Train team members and implement standardized work instructions and processes
  • Participate in Lean activities, including daily shop floor management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and 5S
  • Administer order queueing and prioritization within the work cell
  • Serve as backup to the Value Stream Leader, as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Production Associate Responsibilities (60%)

  • Produce product as needed in assigned work cell

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and workload to meet requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including but not limited to, safety rules, operating and procedural manuals, and other correspondence
  • Experience with SAP, or an MRP preferred
  • Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and operate various hand and power tools
