Member Service Representative - Jacksonville, FL Multiple Start Dates: May 26th & June 1st Location: Jacksonville, FL Environment: 24/7 HighVolume Contact Center Employment Type: Fulltime (40 hours/week) We are hiring Member Service Representatives to join a fastpaced, scheduledriven contact center supporting members nationwide. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured environment, enjoy helping others, and can adapt quickly to multiple systems and processes. About the Role As a Member Service Representative, you will respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from members, providing accurate information about products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will handle transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other account types. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a highvolume environment. Key Responsibilities * Respond to member inquiries via phone in a 24/7 contact center * Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details * Perform account transactions and related functions (savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, etc.) * Demonstrate active listening, professionalism, and strong customer engagement * Identify additional products or services that may benefit members * Maintain accuracy while navigating multiple systems and tools * Ensure a positive and efficient member experience on every call Top Skills * Customer service * Data entry * Inbound and outbound call handling * Call center experience Success Profile Candidates typically come from: * Call centers * Administrative or receptionist roles * Banking, mortgage, or financial services * Highvolume retail or professional office environments ~equipment provided~ Training & Schedule Training: Monday-Friday * 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (required) * onsite training the last 4 days of training (required) Available Shifts (40 hours/week): fully remote after training * Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Friday * 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM * 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM * 1:30 PM - 11:00 PM * 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM Back ground* check and credit check required * Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
