About this job: This position performs Quality Improvement activities, including concurrent and retrospective chart review, observation of clinical and operational performance, and data collection and analysis, to assess performance. Responsibilities include medical record review, QI data analysis and reporting, conducting clinical audits and tracers, Physician Advisor interaction, and special projects which are coordinated and directed by the QI/UM Team Leader, Manager, or Director. May design and initiate special projects as supervised by department management.
